TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DISCLOSURE POLICY
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It doe's not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate that we have received your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or confirmation of receipt of cleared payment. We have indicated this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or that we have underpriced goods, or that we are no longer able to supply a product for some reason. In the case of price change we will always contact you to check the price is acceptable.

DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver your orders between 2-4 business days as they are produced to order not held in stock.This will be carried out using an overnight courier service for all orders. During busy periods order lead time can increase to 10 business days. Please ensure that you supply us with a valid telephone number in case the courier has problems locating your address. Also please make sure that the address that you supply for delivery has a responsible person there at the time of delivery to sign for the consignment. No claims will be accepted for parcels left unsigned due to notices left on doors, ie, leave round back or in porch if not here. Our courier Interlink Express or DPD will send you a text message indicating a 1 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. We will also contact you before your order is sent to arrange a delivery day with you.

BOILIE ORDERS
All boilie orders are rolled to order. Due to the nature of the product boilie orders will not be sent out by courier on a friday due to the next delivery day being monday. Again, due to the nature of the product and our desire to supply you with the best product available it must be signed for at the first attempted delivery. No claim for product will be accepted if non delivery or late delivery is due to your delivery status, ie, not in at time of delivery. All Interlink Express delivery vehicles and parcels are tracked and photographs are taken of your premises with a date and time if a delivery fails so proof can be obtained if needed.

BOILIE ORDERS TO EU
All boilie orders to the EU are shipped by DPD on a 2/3 day courier. To ensure the bait arrives fresh the optimum level of salt is used as a preservative. Otherwise follow the Boilie Orders instructions. All boilie orders sent to the EU will leave here on a monday for delivery on wednesday or thursday of the same week.

What happens after my order has been placed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you have created an account you can also log in to check your order and make repeat orders. Once your payment has been processed and your order is on it's way you will receive an email with the despatch date and tracking number where appropriate. All the bait ordered through our website or by telephone is freshly rolled to order with a lead time of 3-10 Working Days. During busy times such as spring and summer, the lead time can increase due to high demand, please order in good time if you have a trip planned. Orders will be despatched the day it is rolled to ensure your bait is as fresh as it can be.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE ORDER WILL BE SENT WITHIN 24HRS OF ORDERING.
Once rolled, the bait will be sent on an overnight courier (24hr) courier. Orders for freshly rolled Bait will not be despatched on a Friday. When ordering bait, a delivery address where someone is able to take the delivery is a must. We cannot take responsibility for an order of bait that is not able to be delivered by the courier. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be made successfully to the delivery address specified on the order. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions when you place your order, such as leave with neighbour or in a safe place. Any delivery instructions are purely at the discretion of the courier company's driver and we can take no responsibility if they are not followed. Where delivery of an order has been attempted, and failed, your delivery charge will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We will make every effort to deliver goods other than freshly rolled bait within 1-2 Working Days, but delays are sometimes inevitable or beyond our control due to manufacturing processes . We will seek to keep you informed of any delay to your expected delivery date if such an issue arises.
